There is one room available from 1st March-20th August in this lovely, spacious ground-floor flat, opposite the main entrance to the University of Aberdeen and opposite the Sports Village. The rent is £300 per month, and deposit is the same. The bathroom has been recently refurbished, and has a walk-in shower.
