Large double room to rent out in quiet area and building, Large kitchen/ Dining area.. Large living room, shared 'clean' bathroom with shower unit etc.. and loads of storage space in both bedrooms with built in mirrored wardrobes/ double beds.. new quilt and covers provided, get yer own towels lol. Just a two minute walk from Aberdeen Sports Village and Tesco store/ garage, with an easy bus commute to city centre via King Street or Golf Road.. although a private parking bay within 50 steps of security entrance is provided with room ; ) that's if y drive.. if y dina.. then get the bus😃 Either Sub Contractors, Students , anyone that's lookin for a decent room it's for grabs. I work out all day myself, I like a laugh n that.. easy to get on with, but also like a bit of space at times and appreciate the importance of giving others theirs👍 So if you're not a serial weirdo, you've got good hygiene , tidy up after yourself and fancy a nice wee pad at a decent rate then feel free to get in touch : ) apart from that theirs no more rules haha . Oh and forgot the views facing the beach.. that could be important😀 for the beach lovers . Viewings welcome, will post photos shortly.
