Large double bedroom in warm friendly house

I have a large and private double bedroom with walk in wardrobes, a desk and sofa complete with double bed and side tables etc, becoming available.
The household comprises of myself and partner, female lodger & male lodger.
We have very friendly dogs kept in the shared living room / kitchen at all times.
I can offer you bed and board if you would like, as I cook home made hearty meals for the household at the moment, and laundry can be thrown in there too if that is of any help.
My partner is a professional, the other two lodgers are post grad students, all very friendly and respective of space and privacy.
The property is just off the Spital in Old Aberdeen, 5 minutes walk from University, 20 minute walk from Union Street, and has a hot tub and large back garden for all to enjoy should you wish.
There is only on street parking, however we have two sheds with enough space for a push bike should you need to store it.
All bills would be included, bedding available if wanted, washing & ironing and food can be taken into account if it helped you out (I have had Monday - Friday lodgers before and coming home to a home cooked meal was always appreciated), so dependent on what you wanted I could give you a better idea of price, however just for the room will be £380.
