Double Room All Bills Included!

Hi everyone! We are looking for any friendly flatmate to share the house with. We are currently two people living in a semi-detached house, but unfortunately I am moving to another place and I need someone to replace me.

About the house:
- It is a three bedroom house, and there is a shared bathroom, a kitchen, a dinning room and a living room.
- The kitchen has everything you need, including two fridges and a washing machine.
- The room we are offering is a double room and it is quite big, including two closets, a desk, and even an own handwash (as shown in the photos)
- The full price is £350 per month, including bills and wifi.
- The house is very well located. It is just 5-minute walk from the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, 6-minute walk from Aldi, and 7-minute walk from the University of Aberdeen School of Medicine and Dentistry (which is perfect for students).
- It takes around 15-20 minutes to go to the city center by bus. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away.

What are we looking for?
Everyone is welcome, as long as you are a tidy, clean and friendly person. The room is very suitable for students, but professionals are also welcome.
Sometimes we enjoy doing some things together, but we also respect each other's privacy.
Unfortunately we don't accept any couples, pets and smokers.
The flatmate you are going to share with is a very friendly girl, currently studying medicine.
The room is inmediately avaiable.
