Room to rent in rosemount city centre

Hello, my spare room has recently came available again. Its in the centre of aberdeen. Im 22 and work as cabin crew and would ideally like a student/ professional female to move in. I would just like someone clean and respectful of the property. Im not in the flat much due to different times of shifts. Id be happy to answer more questions or do viewings and also do a months trial run so we can see if we get on!
