Due to my current flatmate moving out for uni placement, I'm looking for another flatmate (student, preferably female) to share the place with for next year. The flat is situated in a lovely location on Urquhart Road, 15 minutes to Aberdeen uni, 10 minutes to the city centre/beach/ASV, and 5 minutes (or 3, depending on how hungry you are!) to Morrison's. The landlord is incredibly helpful as well. The lease runs from July-July.
