1st floor flat with a spare bedroom

A spacious 1st floor flat near Aberdeen royal infirmary. Room has a king size bed, mirror and 2 chests of drawers. Wifi router is situated in the spare room.
No wardrobe at present. Parking is restricted to permits only. 1 permit can be made available if needed. Bus routes into city are available or a nice 20-30 minute walk will get you to the city centre.

We are a hard working friendly couple who work 5 days a week. Our flat is usually mostly tidy there may be some dishes left from previous nights but the place is usually pretty clean (cleaned on a weekly basis on one of our days off). We are looking for a friendly, reliable person who tidy up after themselves to share our flat with
