3 rooms in spacious flat opposite university

There are 3 rooms available in this lovely, spacious ground-floor flat, a stone's throw from the University of Aberdeen and opposite the Sports Village. Rent is £350 for the two bigger rooms, and £300 for the smaller room which is still a double room. The bathroom has been recently refurbished, and has a walk-in shower. Unfortunately we only have one photo at the moment, but please get in touch if you'd like to view the flat (with social distancing rules in place).

The rooms are available from 1st September, or earlier if needed.

I lived there for two years between 2011-2013 while at university and loved it. I hope you will too!
