Location: 200 meters from the University, 100 meters from Aberdeen Sports Village and Tesco. There is also a bus stop 100 meters away, on Kings Street. Parking possible on the street, no designated parking spot.

Cost: £230 per month, no utilities included. A £230 deposit expected beforehand. Gas, electric and broadband add up to £35, all contracts already made in my name. TVs available in both bedrooms, no TV licence currently.

Flat: Furniture can be seen in the pictures. Room includes large bed, double sofa, desk, wardrobes, large window. Kitchen and dining table connected, no separated living room. Kitchen includes both a washing machine and a separate dryer. Bathroom includes a bathtub and an electric shower. The flat is on the 2nd floor.
