My flatmate is moving out soon so I'm looking for a new flatmate. I live in the city centre and am close to many shops as well as the University of Aberdeen. The flat has a spacious living room, a modern kitchen with a gas oven/hob, and a bathroom with a shower over a bath. The flat is well insulated which is great in the winter months. I've found it a great flat to live in so far and hopefully you do too.
I'm often in the flat reading, doing yoga, listening to music, or doing crafts. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy but I'm not super obsessive about it. Additionally two of my best friends live in the flat upstairs which helps make the flat feel bigger and you're welcome to hang out with us anytime (covid restrictions permitting).
The rent and deposit are £312.50 but the form on this doesn't allow for anything that specific. If you have any questions just ask and I can do viewings either online or in person while wearing masks.
