Description
Hullo!
With a heavy heart I’m moving out of my lovely flat on leafy St Swithin Street so I can move cities.
My flatmate Hugh is staying on. He’s a really chilled guy, who’s been great to have around during lockdown. The flat is more than big enough for both of us so haven’t felt in each other’s way at all. There is a small second bedroom which he uses to work in, since my room was so huge I was happy with that!
The bedroom itself is massive, I normally have a yoga mat down permanently in the area furthest away from the door. (Don’t worry, the pretentious wall hanging won’t be staying haha) it has a King sized bed so that gives you some idea of scale.
The living room is also a really good size with a very comfy couch, and an excellent spinning chair in the window for quarantine gazing down the street.
The fridge and oven are only a year old, the boiler is decent and the shower is hot!
We share the garden with the wee old guy downstairs. It was a blessing through the summer to have somewhere to work outside and chill out.
I’m flexible on move out dates, probably looking at leaving at the end of November but if you’d like to move in earlier let me know. Please message with a bit about yourself and we can see about arranging a visit/video tour. Obviously Hugh is staying on so would be looking to meet you first too.
I used to live here with the landlord who became a really good friend. She’s lovely, and a very good landlord!
Bills come in at around £180pcm (council tax is a killer), so in total roughy £580pcm
