Room in modern, newly refurbished flat

Hi!

A room is available in a 2 bed flat, sharing with myself. There’s a single bed in there but there is a spare double mattress in the flat if you wanted to put a double in there. There’s a closet in the room for extra storage and to hang clothes. Rent is 241.50 inclusive of all (energy bills and internet) - except council tax. The flat has been refurbished throughout, neutrally decorated and is in a quiet area close to Aberdeen uni and KittyBrewster retail park.

The room is available on a short or long term basis, only a months notice is needed to move out. You’d be joint tenant with myself and the managing agent is Geraghty-Gibb (they’re not exactly helpful but the owner is very helpful, he will carry out any repairs promptly).

I’m a 27 year old female and student at Aberdeen university. I don’t mind who moves in, ideally someone of similar age. I’m a quiet and easy going person. I can be social or I can leave you to do your own thing if you prefer. I don't mind either way.
