My current roommate will move out at the end of month. The flat is 8 mins walking away from the UOA, nice and safe area. Located near the St Peter Student Studio. Free parking available. There is a small balcony comes with the flat.
Dishwasher, wash machine and dryer also available in the flat. Bills (gas and electricity ) roughly around £30/month.
Looking for a new roommate for the next few months. ideally a student to join me. No smoking allowed in the flat unfortunately. Personal hygiene is a must. I like to keep flat tidy and clean.
The deposit have to be given before move in, which is £350. A separate tenancy agreement would be signed with the landlord instead.
