Hello! The two of us are looking for a third flatmate to move in when our current one moves out. We are friendly, clean and not noisy. Students or young professionals are both welcome. We enjoy board games and watching Netflix together.

The flat is located conveniently on King Street, directly opposite Aberdeen University. It's a 15 minute walk into the town centre, and a 10 minute walk from the nearest supermarket (Lidl).

The room (pictured) is the largest bedroom in the property and has a king-size bed, wardrobe, desk and two chests of drawers.

The flat's shared amenities include an electric kettle, toaster, electric oven, fridge-freezer (you'll have your own shelf) and microwave. There's plenty of storage space for you food in the kitchen, and a shared cupboard in the hallway.
