Good access to facilities, Bannatyne Health Club and Tesco are a short walk or a couple of minutes drive.
Good access to Dyce (10 minute drive), Aberdeen Airport or the City Centre (15 minute drive) with regular buses passing from just outside the flat.
Looking for a long term flatmate as my current flatmate is leaving in October. Would ideally like someone quite clean and tidy but other than that I’m quite laid back.
£300 deposit and £300 a month rent. Bills not included.
I’m 21, work for the NHS so work a varied shift pattern and enjoy surfing, paddleboarding, walking, music and nights out. Would be nice to have a flatmate that also doesn’t mind occasionally socialising together or spending the odd evening together after work ☺️
