Double bedroom

Hi guys, I have nice big double room with double bed, sofa, tables lights, wardrobe drawers, TV on the wall as seen in photos.
The price is based on one person , I am open to couple sharing bedroom but different price.
It's shared kitchen and bathroom, the livingroom is shared but from 9pm to 8am it's out of bounds same with kitchen.
The cost includes bills and everything.
18 bus stop in just outside.
Town is 15min walk, duthie Park River dee is 5 min walk, local shops few mins, know guests are allowed in house.
There is Internet heating in every room , you clean own room and once use kitchen and bathroom.
If you like sports have live sport nights and movie nights .
And once month karaoke night .
