This is a 1st floor flat located in the lovely village of Peterculter. It is ideal for professionals or students who want to be close to the city, but escape the grey gloom of Aberdeen. The room for rent comes fully furnished. There is built in wardrobes with full length mirrors as seen in the photos.
All other rooms would be shared; kitchen, sitting room/dining room and bathroom. The block is quite quiet and a relaxing atmosphere.

I would be looking for someone who is easy going, friendly, and tidy.
I would not be looking for someone who goes out out too much. As I said the block is quite, and I would not like to disturb or disrespect others in the block.
