Room available 26th September 2022. I have a room to let in a 5 bedroom HMO house in Garthdee Aberdeen near to Robert Gordons University. The rooms are for students only and I am looking for a minimum stay of 6 months. The house is about 5 minute walk to the RGU. The rooms are double for single occupancy only. The rooms are as the house interior is all decorated fresh neutral white. The floors are wood effect laminated. The rooms have double beds, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk and chair. The house has three shower rooms and one has a bath, none of the shower rooms are ensuite. There is a dining kitchen with your own personal food cupboard, there are two fridges and two freezers to share a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a drying room on the ground close to the kitchen. There is a large lounge with ample space.
The house benefits with a HOUSE OF MULTI OCCUPANCY LICENE (HMO) meaning it is fitted with 30minute fire doors and fire alarms and a heat alarm. The house also benefits from gas central heating, There is also free WIFI that the Landlord pays for. There is a large south facing maintained back garden for your use. If you are a smoker it should be done outside the property and you should clean up after yourself, there is no smoking permitted anywhere inside the property, there are no naked flames permitted in the building such as candles.
The room rent is £335.00 per person per calendar month and a deposit of £335.00 is required. The deposit will be paid into the Safe Deposit Scotland scheme and held there for safe keeping. The gas and electric are your only bills which you all share and pay together. The landlord provides WiFi. There is a regular bus service into the city center should you require to go into town. Garthdee is about three miles from the city center.
