Own Bathroom, Parking. Message for vids and photos

The flat is basically city center with it being just 5-10 mins walk from union street and union square.

The flat has a open living area with two large very comfy sofas and a dining table with a closed off kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with slow cooker, air fryer, rice cooker and separate grill and oven perfect for those who like to cook.

Your room is as shown and on the right of the picture is a large double sliding mirror wardrobe with plenty of room for storage and clothes.

Just moved in recently so the living area isn't decorated fully and still going to get a bookshelf and some paintings etc so would be happy for someone to decorate it also.

its a 2 bathroom property so you will have your own bathroom in the hall as I use the ensuite in the other room

I'm 21 very relaxed I work all the time and usually asleep but I can cook and happy to cook for two and help with the work load of things. More than happy to have people round etc obviously show respect and communicate with me about that kind of stuff. Big drinker and enjoy nights out or nights in. Easy going really and half the time I wont even be home,
