We are in a detached house in Charleston and the rent includes all bills, shared use of living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer and private garden. The bathroom upstairs would be shared with one other lodger. Full fibre broadband.
Smoking fine outside.
We do have a German Shephard dog.
Plenty of parking around the house and the bus stops are a few minutes walk away.
