Free unlimited fibre plus broadband/wi fi, good on street parking (free), all bills included.

From £165 pw plus deposit. (For stays of less than 6 months, the rent is from £22 - £25p/night depending on room sizes). There is also a one off £20 cleaning fee (applicable to weekly rentals).

The rooms has door lock and you can leave belongings in room over the weekend

1 kitchen/2 shower rooms

Twice weekly cleaning of common areas and consumables provided (toilet tissue, bin bags etc).

Suitable for quiet, mature, non-smoking professionals & students.

Online transfers and cash payment accepted.
