The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and an elevator is available. It comprises two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a shower, an open living room, and a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, toaster and microwave. A washing machine is also included. The heating is electric. Council tax exemption if you are a student.

I, the other tenant, am a third-year Zoology student at UoA; I love cooking for myself or my friends (as the stereotypical Italian that I am) and having chilled nights in as well as occasionally going out. I respect boundaries and personal space, and I value some alone time.
