Private and nice room available

It’s a lovely town house that’s a short walk to Robert Gordon university. The bottom floor of the three floors has the bedroom which is great meaning you have your privacy as it’s the only room on that floor . The middle floor has the living room, bathroom and kitchen which means that you’re very seperate from the two bedrooms in the top floor. It’s in a new estate that is just stunning, safe and private. I am helping my parents rent this room out. There are three people living in the house. My mum and dad and my younger brother who is 30. He is moving out in May permanently. So it’s a quiet house with two people living in it to share the kitchen.
