I have a double room, in a clean and quiet flat.

It's a good sized flat/room, with bags of storage space and it's located in a quiet residential area in the city centre (just off Union St).

Everything you need is within a five minute walk - including public transport, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, gyms.

It's fully equipped, with everything you'll need, so if you're arriving without a duvet, cooking things, plates, tv etc then there's nothing to worry about. There's also plenty of space if you have your own.

The flat has an epc rating of C, so it's well insulated and cheaply maintained.
