Room available from the 1st May - furnished with bed, chest of drawers and desk.

Ideally looking for a young professional or mature student who is tidy & easy going. Male or female. Ive had flatmates for the last two years & it’s always been positive.

I’m a friendly, easy going professional engineer. Like to socialise but also like time to myself.

There is another friendly/tidy professional male in the flat who is only in for two weeks of the month.
