Double room for a woman

Large room with super king size bed ideally for a woman. (My daughter has trouble accepting a man, very apologies).
Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom (shower) and garden.
Price £300 Inc = rent, fiber broadband , council tax, TV licence
Bills gas and energy is not included . For summer time around £30 per person a month , winter time around £110 per person a mouth.

From the location close to the shops (SPAR, Lidl, Tesco).
Very close to the bus stop to the city (service 11, 13, 59).

Close to University of Aberdeen (The Institute of Medical Sciences ), ARI and Woodend Hospital.

In my home is a child two days a week. Very polite.
A small dog at home (16 years old ). Dog sleep on the ground floor, don't go to first floor where are rooms.
