The property is no more than a 15 minute walk to Aberdeen University and the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary Hospital and the Bon-accord shopping Center.

I am looking for a very clean, quiet and tidy student tenant.

The property and building is non smoking non vaping but you can smoke/vape should you wish to, outside in the back garden providing you clean up after yourself. The secure back garden is maintained by the landlord.

Council Tax is band A, you would be exempt from this if you were a full time student.
