The flat itself is ground floor and has an open plan kitchen come communal living and dining space. There is one bathroom shared by all flatmates. There is a rota for cleaning all communal areas, as well as replenishing any items such as dish soap and cleaning products.
Your bedroom space is your own and everyone tends to keep to themselves, so there will be few disturbances.
The room comes with a single bed, desk, built in bookshelf, large wardrobe with shelf space, and a sink. The door can be locked from the inside and out. A thermostat is connected to the radiator so heating can be entirely controlled by you.
Parking is available right in front of the block, for a fee. Bike Storage is also available, for free.
