Short Term Double room Close to Garthdee/RGU

Double room for let in a ground floor property which compromises two bedrooms (one with ensuite) a spare bedroom (for let - TV on the wall) main bathroom, shared living room and kitchen. There is also a study that I use for hybrid working. There is free parking at the property, I don't drive so ample spaces to park.
I work at the nearby University 5 days a week and split my working days between home and the office. I'm often out on my bike, going to gym or cinema and quite often spend weekends at my girlfriends place. I'm an easy going film/TV fanatic, so like my own space to indulge my interests, but also happy to socialise. I don't like mess so flat mate must be tidy. I have the odd night out, but generally prefer quiet meetups with friends. Summer let only.
