I'll maybe be moving out around Aug/Sep so that could be the latest date available, although I'd be happy to put in a good word with the landlord if someone wanted to take on a lease after me! Flexible on dates. Open to students or professionals. No lease signing required.

1 minute walk to Union Street with most bus links.
10 min drive to Aberdeen Uni.
10 min drive to ARI.
In a nice part of town with bakeries and cafes within a minutes walk. It's also set back from the road so there's no traffic noises.
The flat has:
All basic appliances - oven, microwave, washing machine etc.
TV - Sky, Netflix, Disney+.
Looking for someone who:
Is clean and tidy,
Doesn't smoke,
Is not a party animal,
