The available rooms are in a first floor HMO licenced flat overlooking the University playing fields. The flat has 4 bedrooms with shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

This large traditional flat is ideal for female students in final years, masters or PhD to be compatible with existing tenants. It is a quiet flat with responsible existing tenants some of whom have been with us several years. Currently are British but till recently we also had foreign students.

The garden is maintained by the landlord and parking permits can be obtained for on street parking from the local council.

The flat has gas central heating and due to energy price instability utilities/internet are additional and paid on actual shared bills for the previous month.

The flat is well maintained and landlords are always on hand to deal with any issues quickly.
