Hey everyone,

My name is Jamie, I’m 301years old currently seeking a flatmate to move into my SpareRoom. I work as a restaurant manager in the city. Along with me there is my handsome rescue dog, Rob - who loves all people with a passion. He will be your new favourite person (see pics).

My flat has a good sized kitchen, large living room, shared bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. I also have 2 large storage cupboards in the living room and hallway.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, memory foam mattress, bedside table and chest of drawers. There is also a large fitted wardrobe.

We’re located in Kittybrewster and the flat is a stones throw away from everything you need, gym, supermarket, coffee shops etc are all on the doorstep. We’re about a 15 min walk to the hospital, and about 20 minutes to the UofA and city centre. The airport bus the 17, 18 and 23 all stop outside.

All bills included at £600pcm, a deposit of £400 will be required in advance of moving in. Couples considered. Hit me up to arrange a viewing!
