It is a fully furnished, modern ensuite room in an all female flat. The room has its own bathroom, 3/4 bed and lots of storage space. There is a bright and spacious kitchen shared with other flatmates. The building has a 24h reception, as well as communal spaces and a roof terrace.
The flat is conveniently located, with about 10 minutes walk to Aberdeen University, and less than 5 minutes walk to Tesco, Co-op and Aberdeen Sports Village.
Additionally, there are many bus stops around that go to the city centre and RGU.
The rent for this type of room when booking through the Student Roost website is 169 pw, so getting a room by taking over a tenancy will end up much cheaper!
The room would be available in January and the tenancy is until August 2024.
P. s. one of my flatmates is going abroad and looking to move out as well, so if anyone is looking for a room for themselves and a friend in the same flat that is a possibility :)
