Female Flatmate wanted

Double room to rent in top floor (second floor) flat. Central location, 5 mins to Union St and 4 mins to Union square train station.

Though it is near the busyness of Union St, the area is quiet and private enough. Brand new boiler/radiators were installed 2 months ago so the heating / hot water is quick and keeps the flat warm. There is fast broadband in the flat and the kitchen is small but has everything you need; new oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and air fryer. The living room has a brand new smart TV and two sofas.
Bills aren’t included in the rent and will be shared with me.

I am a clean & tidy person, I’m quite chatty but I understand when to leave someone in peace! I’m just looking for someone sound to move in - move in date can be as soon as possible.
