The flat is very spacious and ideal for someone looking for a comfortable and clean living environment.

Rent is £594.55 per person per month, and that includes all bills such as WiFi, gas, and electricity.

I am a bit of a neat freak, so cleanliness is really important to me. I spend most of my time studying and tend to keep to myself, but I do enjoy having fun when I am free from deadlines. I would appreciate someone who respects personal space and boundaries.
