Room available for short-term stays

Hello! My name is Christy and I live in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood in Aberdeen City. It is both a short distance to the hospitals, and a short distance to the City centre (a 15-20 minute walk, in either direction).

My study and work background is in the fields of Psychology, Psychotherapy and Suicide Prevention, and I currently study from home. I am not looking for a long-term flatmate, but I am interested in renting out my second bedroom for short-term stays (a few weeks to a couple months). As a student, I have Council Tax exemption. If possible, guests would also be students (able to receive Council Tax exemption).

The available bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The apartment includes a shared bathroom (with shower and separate bathtub), kitchen and living/dining room. The apartments comes with WiFi, TV/Netflix/Disney+, and bills are included in the £750/month rent.

Generally speaking, I am looking for guests who will respect my home (be reasonably clean and tidy, be considerate of the neighbours etc.). I am happy to socialise with guests (when I am not working or studying), but I equally appreciate my own space and understand that other people do, too. In return, I offer a comfy, cosy and relaxing space, with fantastic views of the City.

I do not smoke, do not have any pets, and my home is not a party space. I live on the second floor, and unfortunately the building does not have disabled access.

The room is £750/month (or £180/week).
