Ensuite Bedroom close to ARI and UoA

Hi there,

We are currently looking for a flatmate to occupy our 4th bedroom. It is a south-facing bedroom with an ensuite in a 3-storey house within walking distance of ARI and the University of Aberdeen. It is also close to transport links to the airport and town.

It is a lovely sizeable bedroom with a king-size bed and a built-in wardrobe. The house is double-glazed with a new boiler, which was replaced just last year. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 showers (one main bathroom + one ensuite) and one-half bath. There is also a large living room, a separate dining room, and a sizeable kitchen with a gas hob. We are also lucky enough to have a separate functioning utility room, a fully usable garage with an extra chest freezer, a driveway (with free on-street parking), and a lovely backyard where we enjoy hanging out in summer.

We are three friends (2 girls & 1 boy) who have been living together for over 3 years and are currently searching for a 4th flatmate to fill in the spare room. We are a house made up 2 4th year medics and a PhD student at the University of Aberdeen. We are all quite busy during the week. However, we do enjoy spending quality time with each other during the weekends, whether that is watching a movie, cooking, doing outdoor activities, or trying a new restaurant in town. We are a fun, open-minded household that would like the new tenant to be a friend and a housemate.

Here is a little bit about each of us:

Olivia (24yrs) is a 3rd year Neuroscience PhD student from England. She did her undergrad and master's at the University of Manchester. She is a keen baker and cook, providing the house with baked goods occasionally. She also enjoys keeping active and travelling. She is an avid reader and enjoys a cheeky night of causality.

Jack (22 years) is a 4th year medic from Northern Ireland. He is a keen surfer and enjoys most outdoor activities. He also enjoys cooking and his little DIY projects around the house. He loves reading, travelling, and building Lego.

Dinah (24 yrs) is a 4th year medic from Singapore and Switzerland. She did her undergrad at Newcastle University. She enjoys bouldering, hiking and basketball. She is an avid traveller. She also likes the beach and cold water swims. You will often find her in the laundry room ironing her bedsheets
