Looking for a flatmate

We are 3 friends living in a 4bhk house, looking for a 4th person. One double bed room available with ample storage space.
Rent per person is 350 without bills. We have taken internet connection. We are working professionals so we pay council tax and we are looking for someone who would be okay with paying the tax money. Roughly on an average the total bill including Gas, Electricity and internet comes up to 500-520 per head.

On street parking available and there is parking garage too. House is 3 mins walking distance from Erskine Street bus stop which has bus network for every part of the city.

Beach is at a 25 min walking distance and Union Street is also at a 25 min walking distance. 7 mins from University of Aberdeen.
