Aberdeen University Local Room in Shared Flat

Hello,

I have available a double room in a shared flat a stones throw from Aberdeen University and all its nearby amentaties!
The room will have a single bed in it as standard but I am happy to change this out if required.
It has a desk already and book shelf and built in wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully set up with a cooker, oven, fridge freezer and plenty of storage.
The flat has eletric heating only.
Bills which are shared between the 2 parties sharing the property are not included in the rent advertised.

The garden is looked after when I can but has lots of amazing plants growing in it and has a nice few square metre of grass and a new garden chair to enjoy some sun when you get the chance.

There is a garage on the property but it is leased out seperately from the main building.
