The room has a new double bed and a large closet.
Flat is 10 minute walk into town, Duthie Park, and Union Square. Easy access to both universities. Permit parking if you have a car.

You’ll be sharing with me and my friendly rescue pets (2 dogs, 4 cats), so must genuinely love animals. I am a 46 year old single professional. I am organised and very clean.

Looking for a tidy, respectful professional or mature student.
