Double bedroom in a quiet area

Double bedroom in a two bed flat. Flat is located in a quiet and lovely area which is 15-20 min walking distance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, University of Aberdeen and the shops. Close to Aberdeen city centre as well. Well maintained and a clean flat.

Both professional and students are welcome. I'm quiet, friendly and keep the flat clean. Prefer flatmate to keep the flat clean. I am not vegan but I am fine with vegan/non-vegs eaters and I am LGBT friendly. No pets please.

The cooking area and sink should be cleaned after use. The waste are separated and disposed of appropriately using the bins for food, general and recycled items.
