Looking for Flatmate

I am looking at moving from the South East of England up to Aberdeen towards the end of the year and I am posting here to find a flatmate to rent the 2nd room.
The properties I am looking at all have a large kitchen, garden and equal-sized bedrooms. Rental for your room would be between £400 and £600 (exactly the same as my share of rent) and this would include your private bedroom, fully shared use of lounge, kitchen, garden and bathroom. It would be equally your home too! :)
I have a young dog, Marshall. He is house-trained and mostly very well behaved. He will not be permitted in your room - if that’s what you want - and he will obey that. However do note that he will be granted full access to the lounge including sofas so please don’t reply if you’ll shame that Haha.

Requirements :
- your share of deposit upfront - to give to landlord.
- strictly no couples. if you have a partner you wish to stay over, a maximum of one weeks’ stay is permitted. Sorry. This may seem strange but I’ve had some awful situations in the past.
- you must be a dog-lover! My pup means the world to me and I will not tolerate any mistreatment. Help with him would be a massive bonus :)
- you must be decently clean and tidy.
- vegetarian preferred.
- sorry, only accepting applicants under 26/27 years old as need someone like-minded. :)
