I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy for the remainder of the academic year in student roost Pittodrie street Aberdeen. Available to move in immediately, rent for September is paid so the first payment would be due at the start of October. The room is a standard bronze ensuite with a shared kitchen, also included in the accommodation is a fantastic social area with games room, cinema room, rooftop terrace, and study area. Only a ten minute walk from the University of Aberdeen and Aberdeen sports village and with excellent transport links to RGU this accommodation is in a perfect location for anybody studying at the University of Aberdeen or Robert Gordon university.
