Room for rent

More pictures to follow! I have a three bed flat in Dyce I am looking for a lodger whether short or long term. The room is small with a queen bed but I have another spare room available for storage with a desk.

The room: queen bed, large chest of draws and bed side table. I am able to change things or add more furniture which we can organise before the move in.

I am looking for a flat mate who is social and tidy. The whole flat is available for use with a large living room and study and a modern kitchen. I also have three bikes if you want to use them.

I have recently redecorated the flat.

Dyce is close to the airport with bus and train connections to Aberdeen. I have a car so happy to give lifts when I go out.

Rent would cover bills and rent.

I am out a lot as I like to go to clubs and go hiking so often the flat might be vacant.
