Double room & flat available to rent Mon to Fri. You will have flat to yourself as I'm a landlord who lives away from home during the week. Would suit a working professional travelling to Aberdeen for work who is likely renting hotel rooms or airbnbs currently and this offers a cheaper option and a space where you can leave belongings week to week.

Barratt Executive flat finished to a very high standard located in Old Aberdeen. Rent costs include heating, electric, council tax and broadband. Private parking in a barrier controlled car park is available, there will be a charge to purchase a car park fob (will check cost with factor but is around £40 one off cost.)

Open to considering renting the flat on a full-time basis for short term lets but preference is for Mon-Fri let. Rent is £150 if paying weekly, or can negotiate to £500 if paying monthly upfront.

Flat is fully furnished and room has a brand new small double bed. Neighbours are friendly and in a quiet area. A cleaner comes in every 2 weeks.
