Cosy, quiet 2-bedroom, 1-5 weeks

I will be out of town for 5 weeks and looking for a responsible, clean person to occupy my flat, a small, cosy 2-bedroom. It is simply but well equipped, one room serves as a study and includes a height adjustable desk but also has a spare matress. The actual bedroom does get quite cold at this time of year but there is an electric matress cover which makes the bed cosy & warm (it's a double matress, 135cm).
Please note I will leave most of my personal belongings, but will create space for yours, as needed.
The location is quiet, safe and very well placed close to nice shops, cafes and hospital.
