Good size double room with a king bed, two large wardrobes and a desk for use. The room has a beautiful view of the sea .
The house is in a very quiet area with offstreet parking but is a 10 minute drive to Union square .
All bills included including full fiber broadband.
There is a bus stop a short walk away which connects to the number 3 /3a bus route.
I keep my home tidy and organised and am a respectful and laid back guy.
I work from home 3-4 days per week and spend around 8 weeks per year offshore.
I'm looking for someone who is respectful of others and is easy to get along with.
