Looking for flatmate in 3 person flat

I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my tenancy, I currently live with two other University of Aberdeen third year biomed students. The flat is on the third floor with a beautiful view from the balcony, HMO certified with a cozy shared living room furnished with a TV, the kitchen has a shared washing machine, microwave and toaster. The room is lockable and has a queen bed, closet, desk, chair, mirror, bedside table and window, and comes with pillows and a duvet. The bathroom has a shower/bath and has recently been redone so is still fairly new! We have a social environment but not often do we have people over, it is a smoking-friendly flat, open to pets but we don't have any ourselves :) Usually we cook together and share basic essentials, so we're looking for someone open minded, preferably a student that can move in ASAP! Wifi is 10 a month and bills come to less than 50, but that can be discussed! The neighborhood is friendly, grocery stores within 5 minute walk, 20 minutes to UoA campus and easy access by bus to town. Please reach out if you have any questions!
