Spare room available. Bed is a mezzanine set up as pictured but can be changed if desired. Flat includes a large kitchen with some seating and a living room, both pictured. There is also a small shared garden space at the back. Council tax and energy are cheap bands.

Flat is furnished but the spare room is mostly unfurnished: there is no furniture apart from the mezzanine and mattress
