Spare room available. Bed is a mezzanine set up as pictured but can be changed if desired. Flat includes a large kitchen with some seating and a living room, both pictured. There is also a small shared garden space at the back. Council tax and energy are cheap bands. Flat is furnished but there is no furniture in the spare room apart from the mezzanine.

As far as the living situation, I'm pretty chilled and like to hang out in the shared spaces, playing music and cooking
