Double bedroom available - bills inc.

I have a spare room available in my flat in bucksburn. I’m planning on moving country during the summer and looking for someone to help split the cost of my rent and bills.

The bedroom is furnished with plenty of storage space and a smart tv.

The flat is clean and tidy and has everything you need including kitchenware, additional storage, broadband and Netflix.

I’ll be living in the other room so would prefer someone who is easy going and respectful of others.

I’m easy to get a long with, I’ll be working Monday to Friday and often go to the gym after work and on weekends. The rest of my time I’ll either be out hiking, visiting friends and family and I like to go out once or twice a month for a drink.

I’m open to short term stays and wouldn’t ask for a deposit as long as you were upfront and could give a notice on when you were looking to move out.

Students and professionals are considered. Happy to accommodate a pet as long as the flat is kept tidy.
